RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Dobbies Garden Centre’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on 26th November 2015 on Heart Peterborough
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to the location described on-air by the presenter and find the Heart Angels.  Entry will open at 1701 26th November and close at 2159 on 26th November.
Listeners need to find the Heart Angels at Dobbies Garden Centre and complete an entry form.
The winner is determined by being picked at random. The winner will be emailed or phoned.

Eligibility:
All entrants must be aged 18 or over to take part
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
The prize is 1 x £500 Dobbies gift voucher
Dobbies Gift Cards are the perfect flexible present for any occasion. You can buy one in any denomination from £5 to £250 and have it posted 1st class to any UK postcode for £2 together with a card carrier and gift message.  Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day.

If your order includes any products, please be aware that these will be sent separately and only the product delivery charge will be applied. Therefore, if you place a product order which qualifies for free delivery, the giftcards will also be sent free of charge.

The recipient can then use the gift card to shop in any of our stores and restaurants (except Kinross restaurant and in-store concessions), up to the value that you've placed on the card.  If there isn't enough credit on the card, they simply pay the difference at the checkout.  If the full value isn't spent in one transaction, it can be kept on the card and used on a future visit.  It can also be topped up as a convenient way to save for a special purchase.

Our gift cards remain valid for 24 months after the last activity, which includes making a balance enquiry.  Gift Cards can't currently be used online, but we hope to have this service available very soon.
